The Labour Ministry announced on Friday that private sector employees and the self-employed can submit their bank account details online via a special portal set up by the Labour Ministry for its schemes to support businesses and workers against the consequences of Covid-19.
According to the announcement, potential beneficiaries can fill in an electronic application via www.coronavirus.mlsi.gov.cy providing their bank account details to make it possible to pay out any special grants to those of them who apply and become beneficiaries of the grant upon processing of their application.
The Labour Ministry said that the bank account forms will be kept on the registry of Social Insurance Services.
