The four star Crown Resorts Hotel in Peyia is being sold at auction on March 11.
The reserve price for the hotel is €21,450,000.
The hotel is situated on a plot of land of 18,100 square metres at Kokkinokambos, Peyia in the Paphos district.
The auction will be held at 10 am on March 11 in Emba.
According to the auction notice, the property will not be sold if the reserve price is not covered.
Written offers can be handed over in person to the auctioneer.
