UK Nationals can register to vote in the UK
General Election planned for 12 December provided that they were
registered to vote in the UK within the previous 15 years. You need to register to vote in the area where you were last registered to vote or lived whilst in the UK.
Please note that if you have been outside the UK for 15 or more years, you will be ineligible to register.
- if you want to vote by post the Registration Office must
receive your postal vote by 17:00 on 26 November
- if you want to vote by proxy, the Registration Office must receive the proxy vote application by 17:00 on 4 December
- if you want to vote by proxy, the Registration Office must receive the proxy vote application by 17:00 on 4 December
