With regard to the slipping building, I am pleased to advise that the tender process has been completed and the contract has been awarded.
Work is due to start as soon as is possible after 23 September.
The work will take a few months as there is the demolition, site clearance and then making the site safe with whatever shoring up/wall work is required, and rebuilding the road.
