UPDATE - the fault with the pumps has been repaired and last night water was flowing again. Please allow time for tanks to fill as supply comes along the pipework.
Please note that there is a problem with the pumps which is affecting water supply to those in Upper Tala and Kamares.
An engineer is expected imminently to try and resolve the problem.
Please use water supply sparingly until the problem can be resolved.
An update will be provided as and when information is available, but please remember that if the problem is fixed quickly, it will take time for water supply to filter along the pipework and fill up tanks, with tanks closest to the pumps obviously filling first.
