PEGEIA SEA CAVES in the news again, this time on Alpha TV, yesterday, with interview with Pegeia Mayor at Sea Caves & environmentalist & rep from Cyprus National Coastline Klitos Papastylianou: "Landslide in the Sea Caves of Pegeia.
Landslide in the Sea Caves in Pegeia very close to the villas built at the site. According to the geological dept. overview, if this situation continues, then there will be dangers to housing. Indicative is the impression made on foreign academics and researchers who spoke with the initiative to save natural beaches, which is summarized as follows: "If sometime there is a study of the natural coast in Cyprus, on the cover page will be a photo with the villas above the Sea Caves in Pegeia as an indication of the state's failure in this matter. "
The municipality of Pegeia takes measures to ensure the safety of the public."
