I have been advised that UK expat holders of the S1 will not pay any contribution towards GESY but are likely to have to pay for drugs only. I am awaiting official confirmation and will circulate this as soon as it is received.
It is likely that S1 holders will have to produce some 'documentation' in order to be excluded from contributions, but again I am waiting to hear exactly what will be required and when this will need to be produced.
