KAMARES EMERGENCY MEDICAL CENTRE

 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT



Due to the implementation of the General Health Care System (GESY) we are
pleased to announce that we shall have at the Kamares Medical Centre
Doctor Avraam Tasvdaroglou who is a registered GP GESY Doctor and is normally  based at the Iasis Hospital.

To access the GESY system through the Kamares Emergency Medical Centre
individuals must register with Dr Avraam by producing their immigration
document at the time of registration (eg. MEU1 / MEU3)

Dr Avraam will initially be available at the Kamares Medical Centre on Thursday May 9th from 8 am - 2 pm to assist with the registration. He will also be available twice weekly to see patients who are registered.  It would be advisable to make an appointment to avoid any congestion. (26 65 33 28)

The Kamares Emergency Medical Centre will continue to operate as normal with our present GP's and 24/7 Emergency coverage. The €95 membership fee and reduced Doctor consultation fee will still apply. However, for MEMBERS who register with GESY and may in the future be  referred  to the Iasis Hospital for further investigation e.g. x rays, blood tests etc. these will be free of charge under the GESY system.

GESY registration at Kamares Emergency Medical Centre is open to all residents of TALA , KIOLLI and TREMITHOUSA.
