PLEASE NOTE THAT WHILST IT HAS BEEN ANNOUNCED THAT THOSE IN EMPLOYMENT AND CYPRIOT PENSIONERS WILL START PAYING FOR GESY NEXT MONTH, THERE HAS NOT YET BEEN ANY ANNOUNCEMENT AS TO HOW THE SCHEME WILL WORK FOR EXPAT PENSIONERS! THE FIRST STAGE OF THE SCHEME IS SUPPOSED TO COME INTO OPERATION IN JUNE 2019, WITH FULL ROLL-OUT IN 2020.
There is a website [in English] which sets out some information regarding GESY or GHS - please do not try and register for the time being.
