Please note that one of the regular checks was made of this
site recently, involving engineers from the District Office, Tala Council and
Leptos. The building is monitored
regularly.
There is no truth to rumours that the building is going to
collapse imminently, or that the road in front of the property is to be closed.
Assurances have been given that there would be very
noticeable signs that the structure is changing and slippage is likely and that
such signs would be picked up as a result of the regular monitoring which takes
place.
The building is the subject of an on-going legal case
between the District Office and the developer.
