Employees of the Paphos bus company will go back on strike tomorrow over the non-payment of their salaries.
The decision was taken at a meeting of employees this morning after management informed them that their November salaries would not be paid on Friday, nor was there any indication when salaries would be paid.
The employees said they had no other alternative but to go on indefinite strike.
Thee strike will inconvenience more than 5000 pupils and another 5000 users of the bus service, including visitors.
Bus companies have locked in a dispute with the government over payments after an audit found that the companies had been overpaid and should reimburse the state.
