Traffic police will be out in force tomorrow for this year’s 10th campaign against speeding. The week-long campaign will be island-wide and ends on Sunday.
Police said that other than speeding, police officers will also be on the look out for other traffic offences, especially those that contribute to road fatalities. Special emphasis will also be paid to known black spots, they added.
Speeding is the third most common cause for road deaths in Cyprus.
