If you are a CYTA customer in Tala you may receive a phone call advising you that your system is to be upgraded and that an engineer will contact you shortly to make an appointment to call at your property as the upgrade works will require access inside your property.   If you do get a call from CYTA, they will also ask if you have an intruder alarm.   They ask this as they will need you to check with your alarm provider to ensure that your system will work with the upgrade.
