With
reference to the above, please note that the site has been closed by order of
the Environmental Office due to a fire again on Tuesday night.
For
the time being, the nearest site for garden waste is Marathounda.
There
is an illegal garden waste site at Peyia, for Peyia residents only, that some
of you have been using. Please note that this site is facing
imminent closure and should not be used. In due course, a new
Green Point Recycling area will be
opening. Green Point Recycling areas will be
Government approved and we will provide further information on these when it is
available.
