NOTICEABLE RISE IN TEMPERATURE OVER THE COMING DAYS

The synoptic system "Daniel" continues to affect Greece, while in our region there is weak low pressure.

Today, the weather will be mostly clear. The winds will blow initially variable weak, 3 Beaufort, to gradually become southwesterly to northwestern, weak to moderate, 3 to 4 Beaufort, and locally in the windward moderate, 4 Beaufort. The sea will be calm until a little turbulent. The temperature will rise around 37 degrees in the interior, around 33 on the south and east coasts, around 31 on the rest of the coasts and 27 degrees in the higher mountains.

Tonight, the weather will be mostly clear. The winds will initially blow mainly southwest to northwest, weak to moderate, 3 to 4 Beaufort, to soon become mainly variable weak, 3 Beaufort.

The sea will be calm until a little turbulent. The temperature will drop to 23 degrees in the interior, around 24 degrees on the coast and 17 degrees in the higher mountains.

On Friday and Saturday, the weather will be mostly clear.

On Sunday, the weather will initially be mostly clear, but at noon and early afternoon, locally increased clouds will be observed, which are expected to give isolated showers and isolated thunderstorms, mainly in the mountainous and eastern half of the island.

The temperature will gradually rise until Saturday to fluctuate well above average climatic values, while on Sunday it is expected to fall.
