The municipality of Geroskipou, recognizing the contribution of Kyreniotis Michalakis Leptos, who equally loved Pafos, honoured him posthumously by giving his name to the main street of the municipality.
Within the framework of the events Ierokipia 2023, the local municipality, recognizing the contribution of Michael Leptos to the development of Geroskipou and the wider province, paid him a posthumous honour.
The successors of the Leptos Group, Mr. George and Mr. Pantelis Leptos, received the honorary plaque. The mayor of Geroskipou, Kyriakos Hadjivassilis, praised the personal intervention of Michael Leptos in the donation of land to the municipality for the beautification of the unique monument of Exo Vrysi.
