A minor, aged 14, was driving a motorcycle without brakes, a driver's license and an insurance certificate.
According to Paphos ADE Spokesperson and Head of the Paphos ICF, Michalis Nikolaou, on 30 August at 22:40 in Paphos, members of the Paphos Traffic Police stopped a motorcycle that had no running lights at all.
It was eventually found that this was being driven by a 14-year-old minor. The motorcycle was also not registered for road use, and did not carry any brakes while the driver due to age did not have a driver's license and insurance certificate.
His parents were informed of the case because he is a minor. The examinations are continued by the Paphos Traffic Police.
