Learn how to make an authentic Italian pizza at our new classes about the art of pizza-making! During the cooking class, Chef Nico will teach you how to make pizza, bruschetta and small bread. Discover all of the secrets about the perfect raising of the dough, fermentation with yeast or sourdough; and handcraft a delicious tomato sauce with ingredients of your liking.
After the class, we will try our creations with a glass of wine.
