Limassol Greens announces the official opening of its new 18-hole golf course, designed by globally acclaimed golf course architect Cabell B. Robinson. The new course is at the heart of the overall development of Limassol Greens and offers a high-end golfing experience that combines strategic play with the natural beauty of the landscape. It spans 6,304 meters, featuring a par-71 layout, fairways showcasing natural elevation swings, strategically placed bunkers, and well-designed greens. The design leverages the region's topography and climatic conditions, creating an experience that rewards strategy and precision for players of all levels and making Limassol Greens a new benchmark for golf in the Mediterranean.
Sustainability is a key element of growth. The stadium and all green areas are irrigated exclusively with recycled water from tertiary treatment, in accordance with the national policy and the instructions of the Department of Water Development. The project includes a water infrastructure system with artificial lakes and a storage network with a total capacity of 40,000 cubic meters, which allows the collection and utilization of rainwater, reducing dependence on state supplies. As part of its long-term environmental strategy, Limassol Greens is implementing a comprehensive tree planting program throughout the development, with the goal of planting 20,000 trees.
