Pseudomonas aeruginsa in Cypriot natural water under the trade name: "AQUA SPRING", in a plastic bottle, 1.5L with a date of durability/consumption before 29/12/2022, were detected after inspections, the Health Services of the Ministry of Health said in a statement and call on consumers who may be in possession of water of this batch to avoid consumption and return it to the place from where they purchased it.
The Health Services add that they have already informed the company that bottles and distributes the product in question in the Cypriot market, with instructions for immediate recall / withdrawal of all quantities of the specific batch.
The detection of water was done in the context of official controls in the market and after laboratory tests in the accredited laboratories of the General Chemical State Laboratory.
