The Nicosia Municipality informs the public that based on the provisions of the Municipalities Law and the Municipal Traffic Regulations, it will proceed on Sunday, November 21, 2021 to the implementation of the "RESIDENCE PARKING" System at Nikitara, Sachtouri, Pavlou Nirvana, Apelli, Papaflessa and Svoronou streets in the parish of Ag. Confessors.
• On the above roads, residents will be able to park freely 24 hours a day, at specific points of roads, indicated by the installation of specific signs and by posting a specific special card on the windscreen of their vehicle that have already been purchased.
• Visitors to Government Services and other offices in the area will be able to park at points of specific roads, which were determined with specific signs for the period of 60 minutes, from 07:00 in the morning until 7:00 in the evening (7:00-19:00).
• The positions for diplomatic vehicles, disabled and catering positions remain as they were.
• From 19:00 to 07:00 residents and visitors of residences will be able to park without any time adjustment.
It is reminded that only residents or residents of each horizontal development (residence or apartment) have the right to obtain the only special parking card for parking on the aforementioned roads by posting this card on the windscreen of the vehicle, so that there is a visual control of it by the Traffic Police Service.
